2024 OHIO STATE FAIR CREATIVE ARTS, CRAFTS & FASHION IMPORTANT DATES
June 21 – Entry deadline at 1 p.m. All online entry information, payment, and images must be received.
July 11 – Shipped entries postmarked by deadline. If entries are received past July 18, we cannot guarantee placement in the exhibit.
July 20 – Delivery of artwork by Jan and Sue.
If any member wants to have Jan and Sue do this for their entry/entries, the art work MUST be delivered to the HOOT Office by 10AM on Saturday, July 20. This is a HOOT meeting Saturday.

Thursday, July 18 – Artwork drop off, 3-7 p.m., Kasich Hall.
Friday, July 19 – Artwork drop off, 3-7 p.m., Kasich Hall.
Saturday, July 20 – Artwork drop off up, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Kasich Hall
Monday, Aug 5 –Artwork pickup, 10 a.m.-8 p.m., Kasich Hall.
These are the new deadline dates for the 2024 Ohio State Fair. The deadline to register an entry is June 21, 2024. Keep your eyes on that date. It can really sneak up on you. 😄

There is a $10 entry fee, and then $1.25 per each entry.
The online entry process starts in May.
