Maxine Thomas started off the three- day seminar with a class called “Joe”. Maxine painted fhe pumpkin with a scare crow, leaves and an owl on the face of a piece of book cut out to be a pumpkin, On the second day Maxine taught a “Nutcracker” on a sled. On the third day she painted a patriot piece on a round wood plate with patriotic stripes and an Uncle Sam. We had a lunch with the people attending on Saturday before our last class at the office.
It was such a joy to have Maxine paint with us. She has been at our convention many times and also at our classes at the office. Maxine taught classes and had a booth to sell her pieces and patterns at the HOOT convention. It was such a joy to have her to paint with us. Everyone enjoyed her charm and excellent training on how to paint,
