HOOT Members,
Included on this page are the Procedures the Board has approved for the distribution of Artwork and Furniture/Fixtures, request forms for both, a letter from the Board and photos of the Artwork.
Hopefully, the photos will help you identify the items on the list. They are numbered but in no order. I tried to get them all on the sheets. Some numbers are not next to the photos but should be identifiable.

The online registration forms will be available by clicking the links below. The trustees will enter any mail in forms into the online spreadsheet. Entry date is not going to be used in any determination to the process. We will wait until after the January 17 deadline to start the awarding process.

Letter from the Trustees:
Dear HOOT Members,
So many memories! And once again HOOT is changing! Not going away, just changing!
As of April 2026, HOOT will no longer have an office to hang our beautiful artwork of have a place for our furniture and fixtures. Here is your chance to own a part of HOOT history!
Starting in late November you will have the chance to submit a request to be awarded piece(s) of artwork (Artists you love, classes you took, or just a favorite) or a piece of furniture or fixture. You will receive complete information on the procedure, criteria and forms to complete in the Members Only Section on the HOOT Website, or by email and by mail, (to those that receive their Newsletter by mail). Fill out the form(s) either on the Website or by filling out the paper form and mail the form to: HOOT Office Closure mail to HOOT Office Closure, P.O. Box 344, Westerville, OH 43086 received by the January 17, 2026 deadline. Completion of the form(s) does not guarantee an award.
Qualifications are listed on the Procedures for Art Work Request Form and on the Procedure for Furniture and Fixtures Request Form attached to the hard paper forms and is also at the top of each online form on the HOOT Website.
In early March, 2026, you will receive confirmation for any awards you may receive.
Distribution dates are as follows:
Pickup Dates:
Saturday, April 4th – Noon to 5:00 pm ART ONLY
Wednesday, April 15th – 10:00 am to 5:00 pm ART and Furniture and Fixtures
Saturday, April 18th – Noon – 5:00 pm – ART and Furniture and Fixtures. All awarded items must be picked up no later than this date.
When you arrive at the HOOT office for pickup, you may be asked for proof of ID.
Proxy form is required for pickup.
There will be several opportunities to look around the HOOT office between now and the January 17, 2026 deadline to view the Art and Furniture and Fixtures. If you can’t be there in person, have a friend take some pictures for you.
It is HOOT’s hope that all pieces of its history go to members that will cherish them!
