To HOOT Members:
After the awarding of the Artwork and Furniture and Fixtures, there are still some remaining pieces that have not been awarded. The Board of Directors decided that the remaining items that will be offered to the membership, via online through the website, in Artwork Raffle 2 and in a separate Furniture and Fixtures Raffle 2. After the first raffle, there were still remaining items plus items not previously listed/inventoried. These are now offered in one last raffle like the previous raffle.
Any member, regardless of seniority, may participate in these Raffles. The rules are as follows:
1. Submissions will be made via the HOOT website using the corresponding forms and requests must be completed online by the deadline of midnight March 29, 2026.
2. Each member can only have 5 tickets for (choices of) pieces from the “Remaining Artwork
Inventory” and only 5 tickets for (choices of) pieces from the “Remaining Furniture and
Fixtures/Previously Unlisted” on the website in the Members Only Section still under Office Closure.
**There are 3 laptops with Windows 10 operating system listed. They are usable, they will be ‘scrubbed’ back so there will be no programs installed. You can ‘surf’ the web, probably still install many programs but no Windows updates will be available.

3. Seniority will not be a factor.
4. If there is only one ticket for/person selecting an item, it will be awarded to that person. In Furniture and Fixtures if there is an item with more than one item left the person can place more than one ticket per item.
5. If there are more than one ticket for the same item, tickets/names will be placed in a hat, and one name will be drawn for awarding of that item with the exception of Furniture and Fixture Items where more than one item is left. The items will be determined on the ticket draw.
Recipients will be notified by email, phone or USPS as to what piece(s) they have been awarded. The subject to watch for will be HOOT ARTWORK RAFFLES AWARD or correspondingly HOOT FURNITURE AND FIXTURES RAFFLES AWARD.
● If a member is not able to pick up their piece(s), a Proxy Form will be provided to the member to authorize a designated individual to receive their piece(s). No art or furniture or fixture will be distributed without prior authorization, and the completed Proxy Form presented at the time of pick up.
● No items will be made available for pick up until the scheduled pick-up dates listed below.

● Pickup Dates:
○ Saturday, April 4th – Noon to 5:00 pm – Artwork Only Pick-Up Day
○ Wednesday, April 15th – 10:00 am to 5:00 pm – Artwork and Furniture and Fixtures Pick-Up
○ Saturday, April 18th – Noon – 5:00 pm – all Artwork and Furniture and Fixtures must be picked up no later than this date.
● When you arrive at the HOOT office for pickup, you may be asked for proof of ID.
● Proxy Form is required for pickup.
Absolutely no items will be shipped to awardee by HOOT.
