Decorative Painting: 4211 is as follows:
Limit of one entry per class. (i.e. up to 5 entries total, in either the non-professional
or professional classes).
Entries are accepted for Non-Professional and Professional. See what constitutes a
Professional in our Rules & Regulations. For this division, a person who is certified by
the Society of Decorative Painters as either a Certified Decorative Artist (CDA) or
Master Decorative Artist (MDA), or who has previously entered a professional class is
also considered a professional.
