Chapter Meetings - 2010
The next chapter meeting is September 18. Michael Fulton, MDA will be our teacher, and he has chosen a porcelain ornament painted in oils as our project. The cost of the project is $10.00 and includes the unpainted porcelain ornament, photos, and oil palette.Elizabeth Zeller will be pouring the ornaments for this class, and she will need to know how many people will be painting the project. By the time the Newsletter is published, it will be too late for her to get the ornaments ready. We have attached the class registration form so you can mail it to Carol Jones to let her know if you will be attending the class. Those people who signed up at the July chapter meeting do not need to send in the form.

Special Seminars - 2010
Michael Fulton, MDA
Michael Fulton, MDA will be teaching two Continuing Education classes in September, and both classes will be in oils. The first class, Purple Splendor, will be taught on Friday September 17, 2010. The surface size is an 8 x 16 masonite panel and the cost is $3.00.
The second class, Pears and
Grapes, will be taught on
Sunday September 19, 2010. The surface size is a 5 x 7 canvas
board and the cost
is $1.00. Palettes for both classes are $5.00 each.

In order to participate in HOOT seminars, you must be a member in good standing, and sign up
in advance for the classes. The exception is the HOOT Convention (you still must pre-register).
